Project Description

Grape variety: Tempranillo and Garnacha.

Grapes: From our own vines in RIOJA ALTA.

Alcohol content: 13.5 %

Vinification: After destemming, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Pumping-over daily.

Tasting notes: Clear bright ruby red. Clean and elegant on the nose with fruit aromas and varietal hints. On the palate fresh, fruity balanced and pleasant.

Serving temperature: 12-14ºC.
