Project Description

Grape variety: Viura, Tempranillo y Garnacha.

Grapes: From our own vines in RIOJA ALTA.

Alcohol content: 13.5 %

Vinification: Cold materation to obtain the desired colour and finest aromas from the skins followed by the traditional method of running off the clear free-run juice. Cold fermentation of the clear must.

Tasting notes: Clear bright strawberry colour. Clean and bright aromas of fresh red fruit with elegant floral hints. On the palate fresh, fruity balanced and pleasant.

Serving temperature: 8-10 ºC.
