Alcohol content: 13.5 %
Vinification: Selected grapes. After destemming, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Pumping-over daily. Extended maceration for maximum concentration and colour.
Aging: 4 to 6 months in American and French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Dark cherry-red colour with purple glints. Clean and brilliant. Fleshy, soft, expressive and full bodied, with sweet and well integrated tannins. A great lingering finish. With aromas of red and Black fruits, spices and toasted wood.
Serving temperature: 14-16ºC
