Project Description

Grape variety: Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, verdejo and chardonnay.

Grapes: From our own vines in RIOJA ALTA.

Alcohol content: 12.5 %

Vinification: Cold materation to obtain the desired finest aromas from the skins, softly pressed, clarification and cold fermentation of the clear must.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow and green shades with golden glints. Clean and elegant on the nose with aromas of tropical fruit and floral hints.
On the palate fresh, fruity balanced and pleasant. Long and persistent.

Serving temperature: 8-10 ºC.
